Scott Davies formed this company to fulfil the need for a truly personalised training service which would assist clients to meet their individual goals, whether to lose weight to improve posture or generally to be fitter.

Having been a longstanding gym member and fitness enthusiast, Scott's vision was to take away the stress of being a gym member and design a range of personal training which would fit into everyone's lives, however busy they may be.

Prior to this challenging and exciting career path, Scott spent 8 years in the British Army as a Paramedic, a fulfilling and demanding way of life. It was during this period that he gained invaluable understanding of what people are capable of achieving with the right information, motivation and guidance. Which we believe has given Scott a wealth of experience that will help in being your Personal Trainer.

After leaving the British Army, Scott studied at the Academy for Fitness Professionals and graduated with a diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy. The course gave Scott an extensive in-depth understanding of all the necessary skills and knowledge that are required to ensure that you get nothing but the highest and safest standard of professionalism.

Tom Bugg

Tom Bugg has joined Scott to assist clients to achieve their goals. Tom's expertise is as a life style consultant, focusing on weight management, nutrition and stress management. He combines all the above to transform the old you into a healthier and happier you.

Tom has trained at a number of gyms and environments over the years, motivating and helping others achieve their goals. He uses his skills and experience to offer you an enjoyable but totally motivational workout from start to finish.
